Refund policy

If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help. Here is how returns and refunds work at Weston Row.

Return window

You can request a return within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags attached.

How to return an item

  1. Contact us first. Email support@westonrow.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return and the reason. We reply within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, and confirm your return.
  2. Pack your item(s) securely, with your order number written on a note inside the package.
  3. Ship your return with a tracked shipping service to:

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, so we can match the package to your order.

Return shipping costs

  • Change of mind or wrong size ordered: return shipping is paid by the customer.
  • Damaged, defective or incorrect item: email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We cover the cost and will offer a replacement or a full refund, at your choice.

There is no restocking fee.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and has been checked, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to show it on your account. Original shipping is free, so no shipping fee is deducted.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Email us and we will help you return the item and place a new order for the one you need.

Non-returnable items

Items that have been worn, washed, damaged after delivery or altered cannot be returned.

Order cancellation

You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships. Email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you can return it under this policy.
