Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses in the United States only.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase.
How long will it take to get my order?
Processing takes 1 to 4 business days and transit takes 6 to 12 business days, so most orders arrive within 7 to 16 business days of being placed. Orders placed after 5:00 PM Central Time start processing the next business day. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Where do orders ship from?
Our fulfillment partners have warehouses in the United States and abroad, including China. Depending on the item, your order may ship from either, and orders with several items may arrive in separate packages.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
No. Import duties are included in our prices and paid by us. You pay only the price shown at checkout. Sales tax, where it applies in your state, is calculated at checkout.
How can I track my order?
You receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. You can also use our Track Your Order page. If your order hasn't arrived within 3 business days after the estimated window, please contact us.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for unworn items with tags attached. Contact us first and we'll confirm your return. Read our Return & Refund Policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All prices are in US dollars. See our Payment Policy.
